GEM Real Estate Services, Inc. was established in 1989 by John Musinsky, founder and President. John graduated with a BBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and also an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston. John spent 18 years as the Director of Acquisitions for the Herrick Company, a multi-billion dollar Investment firm with substantial real estate holdings. John specializes in discreetly finding, structuring and financing off-market real estate acquisitions for his clients. A very significant real estate developer client once said to John "you are not like anyone else, you do what you say". It was meant as a compliment but it was a surprise to hear as John would never operate any other way. John believes in Integrity always and the client comes first.
